EEM Honored to Name South Florida SPCA Rescue Horse

Recently, our dear friends at the South Florida Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, awarded the trustees of the Eugene Ewan Mori Foundation the distinct honor of naming a miniature horse who will be joining their outreach team.

The South Florida SPCA outreach goes into the local community to provide education and awareness of the sterling work of rescue, rehabilitation and protection they do for our endangered and vulnerable animal population gracing the South Florida environment. After much discussion as to what name we would choose, we settled on the name Jedidiah, an ancient name meaning friend of God. As you can see by his picture, Jed (for short) exhibits a righteousness quite befitting for a friend of the Lord!
